CONTEST NAME: Lords of Rage™Rage Babe of the Month.
HOW TO ENTER: Complete the information requested on the Entry Form and upload three (3) recent photograph of you alone by following the links and instructions found at www.lordsofrage.com/RageBabes.html . Submitted Photographs must be in jpeg format only and 2MB max. Only Entrant (defined below) should appear in the Submitted Photographs. Lords of Rage reserves the right to contact you to request resubmission of your Entry and/or to request you to submit additional photos. Except as otherwise permitted herein, only one Entry per person will be accepted; all subsequent entries will be disregarded.

CONTENTS OF ENTRY: Your Entry must provide all the information requested on the Entry Form. Your Submitted Photographs must display you alone on or after you have reached the legal age of your state. Your Submitted Photographs shall not display any trademarks, tradedress, logos, copyrights or any other Intellectual Property belonging to parties other than Lords of Rage or its affiliates. You must have the unconditional legal right, as determined by Lords of Rage in its sole judgment, to permit Lords of Rage to use the Entry as specified in these Rules. By submitting your Entry you represent and warrant that you possess the sole and exclusive right in the submitted Entry or have obtained any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Entry in the manner set forth in these Rules. Your Entry will be disqualified if, in Lords of Rage’s sole judgment, it displays any trademark or logo not associated with Lords of Rage or its affiliates. Further, your Entry will be disqualified if, in Lords of Rage’s sole judgment, it is in any way false, deceptive, incomplete, pornographic, vulgar, obscene or offensive or violates any law or regulation or any right of copyright, privacy or publicity.

AGE AND OTHER ELIGIBILITY: Must Be Over 21

SELECTION CRITERIA: Each Month Lords of Rage Management Team will choose a monthly winner, Lords of Rage will select one (1) Winner based on, in Lords of Rage’s judgment, the Entrant’s attractiveness, and the Entrant’s representation of the “Lords of Rage” look. In selecting a Winner, Lords of Rage will consider all Entries received during the applicable submission period and in previous submission periods, but excluding previous Winners. Lords of Rage reserves the right to contact an Entrant for any reason relating to the Rage Babe submission. Lords of Rage may require an Entrant selected as a winner to provide additional photos and information or proof of copyright ownership. The chances of being selected depend on the number of entrants and on how well each entrant rates in each selection criterion compared to other entrants.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Each Winner will be notified via email on the Tuesday following the end of each Submission Period. All Winners are subject to verification.

LICENSE TO USE ENTRY: Except where prohibited by federal, state or local laws or regulations, by submitting an entry, you grant to Lords of Rage and its affiliated companies an unconditional and perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to your Entry and your name and likeness in connection with the promotion of Rage Babes, Lords of Rage and Lords of Rage products, and you waive any and all claims and/or rights to receive any royalties or other compensation for Lords of Rage’s use thereof. Rage Babes Winners agree to irrevocably assign and transfer to Lords of Rage any and all rights, title and interest in Entry, including, without limitation, all copyrights, and to waive all moral rights in Entry. All Entrants further agree to release and indemnify and hold harmless Lords of Rage from any and all claims that any commercial, advertising, presentation, web content or any other material subsequently produced, presented, and/or prepared by or on behalf of Lords of Rage infringes on the rights of Entrant's work as contained in any Entry.

ALL ENTRANTS RELEASE LORDS OF RAGE AND ITS SHAREHOLDERS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO, OR IN ANY WAY ARISING FROM, THIS SHOWCASE, PUBLICATION OR USE OF THEIR PHOTOGRAPHS/VIDEOTAPES, AND/OR ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZES, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DAMAGES, OR MONETARY LOSS.

LORDS OF RAGE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE, WITHDRAW OR AMEND THE RAGE BABE PAGE FOR ANY REASON. LORDS OF RAGE RESERVES ALL RIGHTS, AT LORDS OF RAGE’S SOLE DISCRETION. ALL DECISIONS OF LORDS OF RAGE SHALL BE FINAL AND CONCLUSIVE ON ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE SHOWCASE.
